We will update everyone on our search process for our next pastor, and welcome any questions about anything.
Lunch will be provided. Those who love to cook could bring desserts or side dishes. We welcome everyone to come join us.
Starting Wednesday, January 12, at 10 AM we will begin a new ladies daytime Bible study it is “Jesus and women in the first century and now“ by Kristie McClelland. I hear from others that it is excellent! We need to get the books ordered so if you would like to attend the study, please RSVP to either Karen Rauch, Verlee Jones, or Darlene Collom -this will be a seven week study. All are welcome.
We had an excellent CtK family Christmas Brunch held in our Fellowship Hall. We had Ham, turkey and beef with salads, green beans, sweet and mashed potatoes, dressing, and so many side dishes, The desserts were amazing.
Here is our group picture that a very sweet diner took for us. She got us all lined up so we would all fit in the picture.
About 30 ladies had a great time catching up with each other and chatting at Brasstown Valley Resort. So nice to get together in a relaxing atmosphere that is decorated for Christmas. We played a Christmas Carol identification game and talked about future ladies events and a planning meeting to discuss what we would like to do for ladies study, missions, and fun lunches.

Hats and gloves are fun – but optional. Please be sure that you RSVP to Judy Mamo. Reservation is required for preparation of High Tea.

Wayne, Joe, Judy and Charlie presenting the check of $3,000 from Christ the King Anglican church to the Police department. We raised this by having a donation Spaghetti dinner. Blessings to the kids who will joyously “Shop with A Deputy” this year.
