Ladies, we will be having our monthly luncheon on Saturday, July 22 at 11:30 am at the New Mexican restaurant in Young Harris, El Charro Mexican Grill. It has good reviews. We have a private area reserved for us. Please text, call, or email Karen Rauch or Becky Keller your RSVP. You can also sign up on the church calendar or on the Church Center App. We need to get an approximate headcount to the restaurant so they can be prepared for us.

Wednesday’s Women’s Daytime Bible Study starts June 21, 2023 from 10AM-11:45AM and lasting until September. It will include lessons from Hosanna Wong, a bestselling author and speaker’s DVD, “How Not to Save the World,” a study and discussion of “Fearless Women of the Bible” by Lynn Cowell. We will also discuss our favorite daily devotions and share prayers in a prayer circle. Best of all, we will be reading God’s Word and sharing our stories and love for God and each other. No cost! Feel free to bring a friend or neighbor. Sign up online or contact Verlee Jones.
Our church yard sale will be Friday, August 11 and Saturday, August 12. We are storing items in the Sunday School Room. Please let Diane Hamilton know if you will be able to help set up. We will need help hanging clothes and putting items on tables for the sale. We will also need help the days of the sale. It is a lot of fun and proceeds go to charities. Nothing is priced. We leave that up to the conscience and good will of the person purchasing the items.
